--What Do I need to bring in order to rent an item?

    A- We require a photo id (driver's license etc.) and a valid credit card in order to rent. In lieu of a credit card, we do accept a cash deposit on all items.

 

--What Methods of payment do you honor?                             

      A- We honor all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard), Fragers Hardware Accounts, and cash. We do not accept checks.

 

--What if I need a certain item for a certain date?   

    A- We are able and encourage all future rentals to be made by reservation. A reservation ensures that we will try to make available the item you want on the date. If for unforeseen circumstances, a item that you reserved is unable to be rented out, we will try to accommodate you with a comparable item.\

 

-- Do the rentals items come with instruction manuals?

    A- No, none of the items come with instruction manuals. Before you leave the store, we show you how to operate the machine you are renting. If there is any trouble after you leave, feel free to call and ask any questions.

 

-- I need an item delivered, is this included in the rental price?

    A- Delivery is not included in the rental price and is a separate charge altogether. Delivery rates vary from $70.00 and up for delivery and pickup.

 

-- Will you setup the items you delivered?

    A- We can setup items such as tables, chairs, and shelters for a predetermined fixed rate per item. We do not under any circumstances set up any type of scaffolding.
